JOCK SAFARI LODGE
In the hart of the famous Kruger National Park lays Jock Safari Lodge, the first private lodge in the park. A stay at Jock Safari Lodge takes the visitor back to the era of the first gold rush in the old Transvaal. The gold rush made famous by Sir Percy Fitzpatrick in the book Jock of the Bushveld, hence the name of the lodge. Guests are accommodated in twelve individual luxury thatched suites, screened from each other by lush trees and reed walls. Each suite overlooks the Biyamiti & Mitomeni River, the surrounding savanna with excellent game viewing. Each suite is fully equipped with 5 star amenities such as air-conditioning, fans, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and safe.
Safaris are taken in open Land Rovers and guests will be offered close encounters with Africa's spectacular wildlife. Walking and birding safaris may also be taken on walking trails through their exclusive concession area
ELEPHANT PLAINS GAME LODGE
Situated in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park, Elephant Plains Game Lodge offers comfortable style and affordable luxury. This family owned lodge accommodates a maximum of twenty-four guests, ensuring personal service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Situated on the dry Manyeleti riverbed and overlooking a permanent waterhole, the lodge caters for the discerning traveler, offering different types of accommodation to cater for a variety of needs. Twice daily safaris are taken in open safari vehicles and offer close encounters with spectacular wildlife. Sabi Sands is well known for the superb leopard sightings.
